Client: One Finance

Built with intention, this space reflects One Finance’s evolving work culture—professional, approachable, and forward-looking. Every furnishing detail, from the desk dimensions to the fabric choices, was selected to serve both visual identity and everyday functionality. Soft textures meet clean geometry, while subtle plant accents bring warmth to the corporate setting. Executing this office was about more than just installing furniture—it was about creating a space that feels aligned with purpose.

Second Office – Sheikh Zayed Branch

Every piece of furniture was custom-built to reflect the brand’s identity. down to the color of the chairs and the form of the tables. Office desks were reimagined as collaborative zones, finished with opaque glass and tailored for both authority and open dialogue.
A carefully placed bonsai tree brings a touch of nature and quiet elegance to the space, striking the perfect balance between corporate and calm.
Furnishing the head office of One Finance was a pleasure. It was important to design it right and decide on what best suits the company in terms of look and feel.

Third Office – Kattameya Bavaria Branch

In this branch, execution was centered around clarity, flow, and functionality. The custom-built desks and cabinetry were tailored to the team’s daily workflow, while upholstered pieces and acoustic elements subtly enhanced comfort and focus. Bringing the design to life meant working closely with the client to ensure every inch of the space mirrored their values—modern, grounded, and client-oriented. The result is a workspace that works hard, just like the people in it.

The Nest Co-Working Spaces

Spanning 480 sqm, The Nest was built to feel open, grounded, and adaptable—just like the people who use it. Executed by Kilany.co with careful attention to flow and function, the space brings together private offices, meeting rooms, silent pods, and informal lounges in a layout that supports both deep focus and meaningful connection. Whether it’s a quiet call or a coffee break, every corner of The Nest is crafted to support productivity without sacrificing comfort. This is more than just a co-working space—it’s a place designed to grow ideas, teams, and momentum.

Marakez

A standout turnkey project by Kilany.co, this 160 sqm boutique office in District 5 proves that luxury doesn’t need scale—it needs intention. Every element, from the layout to the finishing touches, was carefully executed to deliver a space that feels expansive, elegant, and deeply considered.

Though compact, the office offers a refined balance between comfort and sophistication, with high-end amenities and tailored design choices that elevate the everyday work experience. This project reflects our belief that even the smallest spaces deserve to be built with vision, precision, and purpose.
