Spanning 470 sqm over two floors and a rooftop, plus 90 sqm of outdoor space, the project was completed in just two and a half months. Every element was curated to reflect a seamless balance between design, material, and mood.

From concrete finishes and metal-acrylic signage to custom-manufactured furniture, the space blends cozy nooks with social zones, offering both calm and connection. Touches of greenery soften the atmosphere, making every visit feel intentional and immersive.

From the soft interplay of wood and stone to the custom furnishings that anchor each zone, Bean There invites guests to linger. Natural light filters through the space, enhancing a palette of earthy tones with curated pops of color.
